The Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort 'Sky Seven Stars' culinary events continue with the next scheduled event for September 15-16th, with the 2 starred Michelin Dutch chef, Erik Van Loo.
Chef Erik Van Loo, was born in the southern Netherlands and gained experience in his homeland and abroad. He opened his first restaurant in Wijk bij Duurstede, "De Duursteder", where he achieved his first Michelin star. Additionally, he owns Restaurant Parkhuevel from 2006, which has been a member of Les Patrons Cuisiniers, a culinary association of quality restaurants in the Netherlands, for 13 years and was awarded two Michelin stars.
